Who we are
Plymouth Kickabouts is a trading name of Everyone Plays CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17281597). When you book a session or purchase a membership you are entering into a contract with Everyone Plays CIC.
Your account
You must register an account to book sessions. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be 16 or over to register. Players aged 16 or 17 must provide a parent or guardian's contact details at registration. A consent request is automatically sent to that guardian and their confirmation is required before the player can attend any session.
Booking and payment
Session fees are charged at the time of booking via Stripe. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel a session at short notice due to circumstances outside our control, including venue unavailability or adverse weather.
Plymouth Kickabouts does not discriminate against players who prefer to pay by cash. We are not a cashless business. We prefer online card payments or direct bank transfer to keep our administration costs low and pass savings on to players, but we do have the facility to accept cash. If you would like to discuss a cash payment arrangement please contact us at hello@plymouthkickabouts.uk. Please note that all players must still register on the website to complete our health, consent and insurance checks regardless of payment method.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel more than 24 hours before a session, a credit equal to your session fee will be issued automatically to your wallet, valid for 90 days. Your cancellation confirmation email contains a link to request a cash refund to your original payment method instead. This link is valid for 7 days from the time of cancellation. If you do not use the link within 7 days the credit remains in your wallet and the cash refund option closes.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session start time, no refund or credit is issued.
If we cancel a session, a credit equal to your session fee will be issued automatically to your wallet, valid for 12 months. If you would prefer a cash refund to your original payment method, email hello@plymouthkickabouts.uk. There is no time limit on cash refund requests for organiser-initiated cancellations.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Membership
Unlimited membership costs £45 per month via GoCardless direct debit at the current founding rate, and covers unlimited standard session bookings with no per-session fee. Special and premium sessions are charged at 50% of the listed price. Unlimited has no prerequisite: it does not require any other membership. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
Credits and rewards
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits expire as described in your wallet. We reserve the right to adjust the credit and rewards system at any time with reasonable notice to members.
Leaderboard points, statistics and credits are calculated automatically by the platform. We reserve the right to correct errors, remove points or credits awarded incorrectly, and adjust records where a technical fault or data error has occurred. We will notify affected players where practical.
Code of conduct
By booking a session you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove any player from a session and suspend or terminate their account for breach of the Code of Conduct. No refund or credit will be issued where removal is due to conduct.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We hold public liability insurance covering all sessions. Subject to the above, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the session or membership giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of personal property, injury caused by another player, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Your data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your data rights at any time by emailing privacy@everyoneplays.uk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify members by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
