Refer a player

Bring a mate. You both earn.

Every player gets their own referral code, however you pay. Share it with someone who has never played with us before, and once they turn up for their first session you each pick up £1 of credit towards future football.

  1. Register to play

Your referral code appears on your profile as soon as you have registered. No membership needed.

  2. Share your code

Send it to anyone who has not played with us yet. They enter it when they register, however you like to share it.

  3. You both get £1

When your player turns up and plays their first session, you each get £1 credit. No-shows do not count: they have to actually play.

Credits reduce your session fee automatically. Earn £1 for every player you refer (once they’ve played their first session). Stack credits, milestones, and monthly awards to bring your next booking down.

£1 each, one a week

You and your referred player each get £1 once they have played their first session. You can earn one referral credit a week. No-shows do not count: they have to actually play.

Spend it, to the penny

Credit comes off your next booking automatically, to the penny, and expires 12 months after it is issued. Birthday credits expire 7 days after your birthday.

See the full rewards rules: milestones, birthday credit and referrals →

Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Common questions

What is the difference between PAYG and membership?

PAYG players book and pay per session at £6 with no ongoing commitment. The leaderboard, your full stats dashboard, Player of the Match recognition, credits and milestones are open to every player, member or not. A Football Passport covers your standard sessions for one monthly direct debit and adds the 48-hour priority booking window. Credits earned through referrals and milestones reduce your session fee at checkout: as a Passport member that means special and premium sessions, since your standard ones are already covered.

Can I cancel my membership?

Any Football Passport tier, paid monthly by direct debit via GoCardless: you can cancel at any time, with no notice period. No further payments are taken and your Passport does not renew. There is no refund for a period you have already paid for, and your member benefits continue until that period ends, then stop.

What is a Football Passport?

A Passport is a single monthly direct debit that covers your standard session bookings with no per-session fee. Special and premium sessions cost less for Passport members. Check the session listing for the price. Each tier covers a different set of venues: the card above tells you which. Nothing else is required first, a Passport is a standalone membership.

Which tier should I pick?

It depends where you play. Check each card for the venues it covers. If you only ever play at one venue, pick the tier that covers just that one. If you play across more than one, pick the tier that covers all of them, so you're never paying per session anywhere it doesn't reach. You can switch tiers or cancel at any time, with no notice period. A switch keeps your current tier's benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the new tier starts.

What happens if I'm under 18?

A parent or guardian completes the final section of the registration form, giving their name, relationship, mobile number and email address. We then email them a link to confirm consent, and the player cannot book a session until they do. The guardian chooses their own consents for WhatsApp community invites, leaderboard and stats visibility, and video or photo use, and can change any of these or withdraw consent at any time by emailing safeguarding@everyoneplays.uk.

Can I pay by cash?

Plymouth Kickabouts does not discriminate against players who prefer to pay by cash. We are not a cashless business. We prefer online card payments or direct bank transfer to keep our administration costs low and pass savings on to players, but we do have the facility to accept cash. If you would like to discuss a cash payment arrangement please contact us at hello@plymouthkickabouts.uk. Please note that all players must still register on the website to complete our health, consent and insurance checks regardless of payment method.
