Wellbeing surveys Optional

Every 6 weeks we send an optional short wellbeing survey (around 2 minutes). Results are fully anonymous and used only for internal monitoring and grant reporting. Ticking this box means we may send you the survey. You are never required to complete it.

How we use your match stats For your information

To run sessions we record basic match statistics against your profile: appearances, results, team selection, Player of the Match, clean sheets, and Next Goal Wins goals and assists. We use these to manage sessions, pick balanced teams, and keep players safe. We rely on our legitimate interest in running the club and delivering the sessions you've signed up to, so this isn't something you tick, it's simply how the club works. Your stats stay private to you and the volunteers who run sessions, unless you choose to opt in to the public leaderboard below.

Yes, I'd like to appear on the public fantasy leaderboard. My name is never shown: my stats are linked only to my unique anonymous player number. Your row appears once you're a Regular or Unlimited member and have this switched on. It's off until you choose it, and you can turn it on or off any time from your profile page.

Session reminders and club news Optional

I would like to receive session booking alerts, reminders, and occasional club news by email. Booking confirmations, safety alerts, and guardian-consent emails are sent regardless of this preference. You can update this from your profile page at any time.

Last-minute session alerts Optional

I would like to receive last-minute alerts if a session is cancelled or an urgent update needs to reach all players immediately. These are sent rarely and only when necessary.

WhatsApp Community Optional

I would like to be invited to join the Plymouth Kickabouts WhatsApp Community for session reminders, announcements, and club news. I can leave at any time and this will not affect my ability to book sessions.
