Pick your day, reserve & play! Turn up and do it again next week. No trials, no teams required. We pick teams in advance and let you know what colour top to wear. You can of course wear whatever colour you want and grab a bib.
Everything we have scheduled below, not just what is bookable today. Filter it down to the nights, venues and formats you want.
9v9, higher tempo. This is our most competitive session, for players who enjoy a faster paced training game. Teams are picked in advance, and you’ll be told your colour before you arrive and reshuffled if needed on the night. Common sense rules apply: no aggression, no dangerous play, no slide tackling, shin pads strongly recommended, and mandatory for under-18s. Read the full playing rules and player conduct.
9v9, mixed ability. No teams, no trials, no pressure, just a sociable, friendly game. Teams picked in advance. You’ll be told your colour before you arrive and reshuffled if needed on the night. Common sense rules apply: no aggression, no dangerous play, no slide tackling, shin pads strongly recommended, and mandatory for under-18s. 16 and 17 year olds are welcome with guardian consent on registration. Read the full playing rules and player conduct.
Stoke Damerel is a 3G pitch: studded or moulded boots, no flat-soled trainers, no astro boots, no metal studs. Metal studs are allowed on 3G by the venue, but we do not allow them in our sessions. If we temporarily move to the 2G pitch: flat-soled trainers or astro trainers. In a sports hall: flat-soled trainers. We'll always confirm the surface in the session booking details.
We bring the balls, the bibs, a first aid kit and communal goalkeeper gloves. You just need shin pads, footwear for the pitch you are playing on, and clothes you are comfortable playing football in.
Want to play something new, other formats, ages or times? Fill in our want to play form.

Our Monday session is for men aged 18-60. Thursday is for men aged 16-60 (16 and 17 with guardian consent on registration). Register your interest for women's, youth and walking football sessions coming soon.
No sessions on UK bank holidays or public holidays.
Sessions include a rotation in goal. Where more than two goalkeepers are booked in, the first to book has first pick. Keepers are welcome to play outfield or negotiate a shared shift. In weeks without two keepers, outfield players take equal turns.
